Happy birthday, Fathers day all rolled in to one!

This past season my dog Bell at 12 years old has been slowing down quite a bit so we made the decision to get a new puppy and we now have Bri! On top of that my Etec was having problems and with Evinrude no longer supported I treated myself to a new 40hp Yamaha which is a big upgrade from the 25hp etec. Long story short after waiting for a couple months both have showed up this week and I am fired up! Looking forward to this season! With Bell being old and Bri being a bit to young we will see how goes. Either way it will be fun!

This weekend I thought would get a little fishing in and expose Bri to the boat and see how the new motor runs . Motor runs great but want ot rais it up a little and gets lower pitch prop. Bri did good in the boat and napped in the bow on some life jackets for most of the time. Only problem is I took my eyes off her for less than a minute and she did what puppies do and chewed through my flyline... The good news is that the line was 25 years old and pretty shot anyway.
