Hello. I am new to the forum and by the lurking I have been doing it looks like there are many talented waterfowlers and carvers. I started carving over the summer (foamers) and I am thinking about jumping into the cork wood arena. Anyway. I just wanted to introduce myself try to ready everyone for a brain pickin!

I am a firm believer in teaching the kids about all aspects of the outdoors and safety. I have one that is 17 and he gets just as excited as I do before the duck season. Starts. The little guy he is 6 and has taken a liking to fishing and shooting the bb gun. Can't wait a few more years and he will be able to shoot his own ducks.
 
Welcome aboard Darrell. I am a cork guy so if I can help in any way, don't hesitate to drop me a line. There's some incredible talent on here and be for you know it, you will be trying to do canvas framed dekes, pencil sketching, boat building, or photography. These guys have a way of inspiring you to do more.
