Here's that 1920's English leather & oak SxS break-down case I got today. Outside is good, but Judy and I will re-do the wool felt inside as it's in pretty well used condition with lots of rubs. Once it's re-done with new felt it will be worth about $600.......at least that's what I see them going for in this style and vintage case. The handle & leather look to be in very good shape for it's age. Outside security straps were missing, but easy to replace. The inside wrist hold down strap is still there and in good condition. Huey's in Kansas charges $700 to $1,300 to re-do them.
The funny part Joe, is that this case was in Greensboro, N.C. How about that?
