got a 10 inch delta with stand found in like new condition.asking 80 bucks for it.the new ones at lowes are 179 so i think if it is as advertised, its probably a good deal. just checking.also, im needing it for taxidermy and general odd and end cutting and not for decoy carving.it might be fine for that but thats not the intended use.any other pros or cons about the deltas?

I won't be of much help here. I've never paid attention to anything but the vintage 14" and bigger saws. But for $80 how can you go wrong. If it works, great, if not put it int he classifieds for $80 it will sell quickly and you got a free lesson in bandsaws.
