The CZ Ringnecks wood is nice, but nothing to write home about. The Ruger butt stock is nice becasue of that fiddle-back grain in it, otherwise it would be pretty plain. Rugers have always been that way, one good wood out of maybe 5 guns. The new Verona LX-702 has gorgeous wood, but the flat oil finish does not let the grain show as well as a good hand rubbed finil would. I may refinsh it myself in teh near future.
