Got a thing from teh Washington dept of f&w about the 2006-2007 seaduck season saying I haven't submitted my mandatory harvest report. Do I have to submit one to remain eligible if I want to come back someday even though I didn't hunt this year? If so, do you have the url of that place to report that I didn't hunt? And do I use my WILD that I had for the 2005-2006 season? Thanks..
