Hillman Benefit auction #12 - David Robinson Teal

Chuck J

Well-known member
Our next offering, a Bluewing Teal carved and donated by Dave Robinson. Hollow Michigan cedar, oil paint, glass eyes and a pad weight. I have handled this decoy myself, so I'll add don't let Dave's skills with a camera reflect on his carving and painting ability...this is one fine decoy!

We'll start this with a minimum bid of $50, and minimum raise of $5. Auction will run from now through Tuesday April 16th at 9pm EDT. DHBP members bid by posting a reply here, or if you are a non member, email me at travelingdecoy@gmail.com We'll continue have the last call option where in if a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, bidding will be extended to 5 minutes from the time that bid posts. This will be repeated for any counter bids until a period of 5 minutes passes without a bid. Decoy will ship direct from Dave once confirmation of payment to Jode is received.

Thank you and happy bidding,

Chuck

And a note from Dave:

This decoy is made from Michigan hollowed cedar. Glass eyes. Old Hollands paint. Will be rigged to hunt when it ships with a pad weight and loop. It is patterned after Charlie Moore's BWT I bought at St. Charles last year. I just hope it helps out Jode as much as he has taught me - hopefully a lot more!

Thanks Dave!
