I'm never going to convince my wife to purchase a 100 acre property for hunting, especially a large property that accommodates duck, goose, deer and turkey hunting and not shopping in the city. So.... what is the likelihood of 10 like minded conscientious hunters putting up $50k each for an equal share in a $450K hunting property. I have looked into similar type clubs but none had much focus on water fowl hunting. I want the type of property that becomes a cherished family treasure passed down from father to son. I'm young enough now 50+ to get the ball rolling but I can't do it without sharing the cost and burden of work. And you can bet that it will take some hard work.
I've seen some properties in South Jersey that would be very suitable, but Delaware and Maryland have there share of great hunting. Just wondering what your thoughts or interest might be.
