It's cold outside but nothing better than a hot pot full of goose stew!

Goose stew sounds good.
Not sure about the Busch Lite though, I'd think a nice porter or stout would be more appropriate!

Lol. It's normally Canadian Mist but I'm out of Seven up.
 
We lost our hvac at the house, so while we are bidding out new arrangements, we are heating the whole house with our woodstove. For the hell of it today, i threw a big pot on the top and about 4 chicken thighs, then i threw in 2 whole sweet potatoes, About 5 minutes before we took it all out, I blanched bunch of broccoli in it. Mom liked it the meat and potatoes cooked all day long and they were so tender and good... I put some chili oil and salt on mine, and a bunch of butter.
