I appreciated Mr. Oliver's inimitable "measured and professional" account of the federal Duck Stamp. Not surprising that - just like too many contests - longstanding squabbles among contestants seems to be a part of the process...
And, as I've expressed here previously, I sorely miss the artistry of the earlier, Old School stamps. I'm not a fan of today's photorealism anywhere in the world of art.
