After hanging around here for a short while now it appears we have a very interesting group of hunting dogs.

Lets see them four legged hunting partners.

I'll open this hand with a Pair of Boykins. My female --Ms. Bailey is the hunter. Her brother " Buster" is Mama's boy!

I got this one a few years back. Anybody recognize this dynamic duo? Little hint---Eric Patterson and his Golden Cassey. I think I got her name right.

This hunt really opened my eyes to sneak boats. It also opened my eyes to fine hand carved decoys. My partner and I met Eric and his partner Jeff Smith a few times just after dark at a local convenience store. We shared storys of the days adventures. Well before the season was over we hooked up and had a heck of a diver hunt. I finished my season that day with a Can Hen which is mounted. I will never forget the details of this hunt or his dog. She is an awesome hunter!

That was a very good day and thank you very much for your kind comments. Things are shaping up this year for me to get out a bit more than last year. I'm pretty excited about that.

Cassie is starting to show her age a bit, but only in her looks. Retrieving wise she's on top of her game. She's about to turn 7 and with that in mind we kept a pup out of her litter, Maggie. So with a little luck I'll be up in that area for years to come. On' now in addition to having a field goden you'll start seeing my boys with me. Thomas is all about hunting.
