Hey all, I am new to this forum. I have a 18ft Lund Alaskan I would like to put a blind on. Any suggestions on blinds that fit Lunds?

Welcome to Duckboats! You will like it here.

We hunt along Lake Ontario and on the Finger Lakes with this setup. It's an angle aluminum frame with aluminum sheathing pop riveted together.

I would also suggest building your own. Do not look past copper pipe for a frame work 3/4 copper fit in bimini fitting and angles can be soldered for stronger blind. One thing to think of canvas or solid sides will help to block the wind where many commercial blind use gilly type material that does not block the wind. Another concern is how far do you have to travel if you build a blind that does not fold flat for travel.

There was a tread awhile back, I think it was" what do you use as a tender?" . There was a 20' lund that was racked up to hold 2 layout boats. The way they set up the canvas blindfor the lund reminded me of oler style TDB set up. I don't know how to do the search... but its out there.
