Montana boat progress

Onwards to the finish work! I have decided to keep a low profile while seated. My son suggested that I make seats like a chaise lounge. I had thought about such a seat for my layout boat, but with plenty of leg room to sit sideways, we found that the idea has a lot of merit for this new boat. The biggest problem will be me falling asleep now that my son won't be hunting with me this season. I like the lowered platform for dog and old men entries. It was an idea I took from Gator Trax boats. I am quire pleased with my design. It is my last boat building project. Too much pain and too much money.

Dave,
Maybe if it is spitting snow when you take the boat out to shoot ducks, you won't fall asleep. That had to be fun building it just the way you wanted to.
I'll look forward to seeing some shots of it in action this fall. Good luck.
