Greetings to All:
The next time I post, my location will have changed. I’m bound for God’s country, or at least my eighty acres of it in Oklahoma. Our internet will be coming down and I’ll be departing very soon thereafter. I want to thank all on this site that have wished me well and kept me and all the other men and women serving our great country in their thoughts and prayers.
I’d also like to thank two very special guys: Tom Modin and John Lawrence. They kept me in primo wood and cut-outs. I can’t tell you how much your acts of kindness mean to me. I hope to meet you in person some day and shake your hand.

Good Luck mate, I know the feeling you are feeling at this moment in time after serving 11 years for my country and kept going over sea,s I could,nt wait to get back to see my love ones, it will be good to know when you are posting from back in the states then we will know your are safe . I pray the Lord will keep you safe.

good to read it is time for you to depart Mike. I will need to dust off your wigeon and get him mailed this week. He has been migrating around the shop picking up dust from every corner. I will line, weight and ship him this week.

Thanks for all the well wishes. No longer in Afghanistan but now in a neighboring "stan". Wow, free wi-fi and coffee shops and no incoming. "What a country". Just a few more days and I'll be in an even better one. I'll keep you posted.
