My decoy anchor tip.

It’s been a while since I have had to do this but since I got some new decoys for Christmas I thought I would share a tip that I use on my anchors so they do not scratch my decoys. MY SOLUTION….the “Plastic Dip” that you use to regrip hand tools like pliers. I use the GHG 4oz J-hook anchors and dip them in the plastic dip and then let them drip dry. It puts a nice coating over the anchor and knot so that the anchors won’t scratch the other decoys in the bag and adds a little stability to the knot that is tied to the anchor.
Just a helpful tip that I think some people could use.

Mitch,
I use the same on all mine. I'm sure others have discovered that as well. Thanks for pointing it to others.
