Need some Ringer photos for carving!

I know that posting pics for people that won't or can't take the time to search for pictures is a HUGE pet peeve of a lot of people, myself included. Here is a link to get you started though:

http://images.google.com/images?um=1&hl=en&rls=com.microsoft%3Aen-us%3AIE-SearchBox&rlz=1I7GPTB_enUS291&tbs=isch%3A1&sa=1&q=ringneck+duck&aq=f&aqi=g2&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=&start=0

Virtually all the oddball reference I have has been laboriously collected through years of searching. All you can do is spend LOTS of time searching.

Here is a big tip- search by the scientific name, in this case "Aythya collaris"

Hey A.J.

Hitch here.

Sorry it took me awhile. I've been possessed lately.

AJ just did what I told him to do. I said..."Ask Hitch. He will send you some". And so he did...thanks John. Those first 2 aerial shots hang in my office at home (With John's permission...in fact they are hand signed. Just thought I would add that disclaimer so no one gets their panties in a Knot)

Alrighty then... I have plenty of pictures that i take myself just wanted to see some ariel shots. Oh well, i wont ever ask

AJ,
You had a bunch of views without any responses and didn't specify flying birds, just that you wanted them for carving. On this site, that seems to be decoys, not flying decoratives. I will concede that my choice of wording wasn't very polite. I lumped you in with a bunch of other people that choose to have things handed to them instead of searching it out. The post just seemed like lots of other posts on lots of other forums.

My apologies,

Ramsey

Hitch,
Not to take this to far off subject but are those on the water shots alert birds? Reason I ask is because of the extended neck. But I do remember you or someone else talking about how the birds extend their necks to look over the vegetation.

For me the only ringers I see are shot in open water.

Hitch, were you in scuba gear for the first photos of birds on water? haha. Great shots and always helpful to others. That's one of three birds I need to get on Atlantic flyway.
