Wondering if anyone can help me with understanding more about this boat.

The rudder and daggerboard are not original, and I'm sure the sail is new, but the hull and decoy racks make me think this boat is well over 50 years old. Its strange because she is pretty short. 2' shorter than most at 10'

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Not sure what it is but I love it. I have a couple of questions.

Is that a feather edge hull?

Is it plank and paint or fibreglass over wood?

Frank, show us some detail pictures; the daggerboard trunk, the transom and the bow. I have a Sam Hunt, and spent some time inspecting the others at Tuckerton that are attributed to him. Ribs, deck beams, oar locks.. all are tell-tales of different builder's styles.

Measure the deck boards and see if they are different widths from bow to stern or from cockpit to transom.

Nice boat! I pick up my BBSB within the next week or two. I will post pics of it when I pick it up. Supposed of been built in the 1950's out of NJ.

Mark,
Thanks! Not to dispute but rather confirm after I did a search here on db.net as well as general internet, I couldn't find any photos that would indicate that she is a Sam Hunt. I'll post some more picks and measurements and maybe you can confirm from your boat?
