Newer style spray dodger

I'm borrowing a higbee sneakbox from a very generous friend and though it has the snaps for a spray dodger on the top deck it doesn't have an actual dodger anymore. I was wondering if there is anywhere that sells prefabricated setups? I like the newer style Dodgers because I'd like to hide my pup under it while hunting.
