I am happy to announce that Hana Yamanouchi Ferraro was born at 1:29 pm on 02/05/2007. Mommy and baby are doing great. Daddy is a little tired but he's hanging in there!
Ain't she cute! Now I'm gonna need to buy to 20 gauges, one for her big brother and one for her. Better start shopping soon!

Oops, forgot those!
She's actually a little one, 6 lb 3 oz, 19".
Which was good since Mom went completely natural with a Midwife. She's a real trooper, I couldn't have done it. But that is the norm in Japan where she had our son, so that is what she wanted.

Give the little one a squeeze for me. Nice thing about having girls, is that you are relieved of "potty training" duties. hehe

Relieved of potty training???and you had daughters? I swear my son was potty trained at 6 months old..he couldn't stand messy drawers..my daughter was a chore!

Daughters were any easier, It just becomes the wifes job with daughters. At least that what I told my wife,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and I actually got by with it. HA!

I'm sure she takes after the one that did all the Construction Work!

Pops you got about 16 years to convince that Lovely Bundle of Joy that she likes Duck Hunters, and likes hunting. Gosh it would be a shame to loose her to a Duffer. Their arn't near enough Danni types out there.

The Best to you all.

Bob

Congratulations she's a sweetie! I agree with Dave girls are a lot easier to potty train. The wife does it and they dont miss!

"Yamanouchi" is a traditional Japanese family name that translates to "MALLARD MASHER", "WIGEON WHACKER", or "HERE's YOUR TAILGATE PHOTO"....

Seriously congrats to you and the new Mom....cute little girl for sure....
