Seriously thinking about selling my 2003 25hp Merc pull start and going with a new trolling motor until I get the funds to buy a new electric start 4 stroke. I rarely fish more the. 1 mile from the ramp even in the bay and am going to start to focus on some of the freshwater lakes loaded with with crappie and shellcrackers located nearby. So for now, I can get by on a TM.
Anyone know about Newport TMs? They have 12v motors up to 62# and an 82# 24v. All pretty reasonably priced.
