Met Mike around 1 on friday afternoon and launched the boat. This time we had a good feeling. Ducks and Geese were in season and it was 60 and sunny. If I were a duck I'd be sleeping on a log somewhere.

Took a Mallard, 4 Honkers, and a pair of Buffies. Mike's first was a nice Bull too!!

Not a bad way to spend an afternoon. Of course that's because the birds cooperated!!!

Sculling take a certain attitude. It sure is fun, no doubt about it, but pictures can't show the countless birds that flush out of range, and the MILES paddled and sculled to reap the rewards.

I love it today, but might hate it tomorrow :)
