I have to agree with the other posts. I lived in Georgia most of my adult life before moving to SD. I hunted waterfowl hard while I lived in Georgia but, other than wood ducks, the ducks are few and far between. There can be some good shooting on the coast. If you live in Statesboro, I would take the time to really explore some of the big WMAs with bottomland hardwood swamps and beaver ponds in SE Georgia and also the Rhetts Island area at Darien. Sometimes you can find some mallards, teal ringnecks and blacks in those places. Seminole is a long drive and gets hunted very hard, but a lot of ringnecks winter there. I never liked the crowds of run and gun nitwits that cover the lake up in duck season. Blackshear is not worth the time. Scouting and lots of boat and road time is the key to finding birds where you live. Good luck.
