Let's get a monthly thread going of our working dogs...

Here is Southern Wake's Midnight Toker "Piper" in her second season. Hopefully this will be her first FULL season as she suffered workman's comp on the opener two Octobers ago and didn't get to hunt until Christmas.

I don't have any recent pics of his hunting prowess, because it's duck season and he's not a .........duck dog. Duke is now 2 and really hitting stride in the field. Just got him neutered this week, I think he hates me!

Here a couple of Biscuit he turned 5 last spring and has been a duck fool from day one loves the water and the kids love him , the date on the pic's is wrong, they were taken jan 11. I didn't know how to work the wife's cammera and didn't tell her I took it duck hunting so couldn't ask how at 4am.

This is my chocolate lab, Porter. I named him after the type of beer. As a puppy he was really dark almost black. He turned 5 this year. I don't have any pics of him w/ real birds yet. Hopefully next week when our coastal season re-opens I'll be ale to get him, the camera, and some ducks in the same spot at the same time.
