Open "Thank You" to Carl

I’ve completed the first Hunter Ed Class of the year and thanks to Carl I had new toys to show off. Carl donated a selection of traps to me for this purpose and they were a big hit. Here in CT the kids hear about the evils of leg hold traps the whole time they’re growing up. One kid commented that he thought traps were those big toothed traps you see on TV (bear traps). While like myself these kids will probably never trap, at least they’ve seen traps and hopefully understand how the anti’s are exaggerating the so called evils of leg hold traps.

Not enough people are doing the good works of you ECON ED folks Scott. Thanks for showing the kids a thing or two about the proper ways to take care of nuisance varmits or fur bearers for a nice hat.

Very glad I could help out. It's always great when you can dispell some of the garbage the antis feed our kids these days.
