Looks a lot like the Gadabout boats that were being built on the Columbia river. I beleive the builder died on the water a few years back.

I bought the same model of boat about a month ago. Tell me, how do you like it? How well does it handle under power? Bought it and put it in storage, never got to try it out.

Ok, before Eric D. corrects me, I bought half a boat and half a trailer, yes I know I am a smart a$$.

The boat handles well under power. We use a 15 on the back. you do need a full shield around the cockpit. for any waves that might nose over. it will handle about a 1 1/2 chop. it is like any other duck boat it has its ups and downs and it has it place in the fleet. It will hold around 80 decoys. and on the nice days you can layout with out the tender just using one or two guys. that is the best feature about this boat. tender not needed. the photos up top, the boat was in close to a foot or higher waves. I was in the Whitney scull that we where using as a tender taking the photos.
