The reason this decision is important is that a Federal Court has addressed the issue of the language of the 2nd amendment (I.e. The Milita). Some of you constitutional lawyers out there may be able to expond on this. It is my understanding that this is "THE" issue which must ultimaly be decided upon by the Supreme Court in order to denude the anti gun legislation that arrises from time to time (as in HR1022 currently in front of the House).
 
Lets hope that this is a stepping stone to other handgun bans around teh country, ie Chicago NY etc.
 
Yep good news. Hard for me to even imagine places with laws like DC, IL, NY.... Hopefully soon they can be as free as they are suppose to be.
