Wondering if anyone on the forum has any experience with this product and their customer service? I ordered the cleaner and lube two weeks ago. Received an order confirmation number via email almost immediately but no shipping date or tracking information.

I'm not familiar with that product but if you don't get satisfaction take a look into the products at the link below. The company is Kirk Sherbine's, longtime member here. I have used the PFC product and it cleans and protects as well as anything I've ever used.
