Sneak Boat Help and Ideas

I have just purchased an AMF Minifish that I will be converting over to a sneak boat. Does anyone have experience or do's and don'ts.
 
I just did that this fall. I have not hunted it yet but I did float and paddle it after modification. Seems like it should work well. I didn't do any glass work just added a decoy rack in the back and some framing around the cockpit to attach grass to. I'm on vacation in NC right now but I'll send you some pics of what I did when I get home next week. Good luck.

Thanks Luke, I'll be in touch. Mine is a little different. My splash shield is molded into the deck in front of the cockpit. I like how you left the cockpit opening small. That's exactly what I wanted to do for those windy days.
