Found this in the rogers sporting goods truckload sale flyer. " Migration Edition Golden Eye" that comes with Hen Mallards! Perfect Combo!
 
And the immature drake, (and that's giving them a break), paint pattern is exactly the plumage Goldeneye hunters look for in their decoys

Mark you just let my biggest duck secret out of the bag, hen mallards mixed in with immature goldeneyes are a sure fire way to kill ducks !!
