keeps pounding on the door. Are we going to let him in? Well only if he reads the signup form and follows the rules.

Sounds like refuge material to me. Also sounds like he kills too many ducks to be on this site. With a name like Duckblaster he has got to be good.

There I go again, hope I did not hurt anyones feelings with my incensitive comments.

I was think maybe he was form miss or Al :)

DuckBLASTER does make me think he is killing anything

, just scaring the heck out of them and hurrying them south to me

Todd

Wouldn't surprise me. What with local folks from others sites looking in for our scouting reports.

Don't look now, his buddy SPLASHIN just started knocking too.

Eric,

Next time you and Todd get together for a hunt, don't forget to post what time you guys are planning to meet at the dock. That way Splashin Dashin Duckblaster and all his friends can get there first and be already launched. Wouldn't want you and Todd to have to wait in line at the ramp. BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Dave

I'll be dadgum if we point them back over to Town Creek again. That place is going to be a zoo if people keep going back there. Dang internet scouters.

Eric,

I thought we agreed to quit sharing our spots we found by scouting, with everyone. If that's the way you are going to be I will have to find others to hunt with. :(

Fair enough. Do you think it really matters now though? How many boats were back there last weekend? Once someone tastes success, which they certainly did, they are going to tell their buddies, who will tell their buddies, and so on and so on.

I'm just thankful we got a couple really good hunts before others figured that place out.

I just wish we had never told those guys from GA about killing all of those redheads and Canvasbacks at the boat docks at Alreds Marina. That was really stupid of us. Oh well maybe we can beat them to the boat slips next year. After all it is so easy just to tie up and throw out some mallard decoys. I have been watching this guide group on the river do exactly the same thing and they seem to be blasting these banded mallards that won't leave their boat. I don't know what the trick is.

Sounds to me like you guys are playing a little reverse psychology?!?! Maybe the ole bait and switch?? I have been vicitim to internet scouts too, in WI where I grew up it has wrecked an entire area. The local ramps we used to go to when we were kids, are now full of trucks from all over the state. The hunting ain't like it used to be, and you have to get up at 2:30 a.m. to get a spot. I know, nothing like the Mississippi, but still can really piss a guy off. Well its like that old saying, you never stop learning - um SCOUTING, and every year I seem to find a unpressured spot with good enough hunting to satisfy me. P.S. I think it's kind of funny that the word "unpressured" is not in the spelling dictionary for the site.

Yeah, Then I can be Hunteramargin like I am everywhere else and remain safely anonymous! ER.. Uh... oop1 dang it!

I know what your talking about. Last year Dani (AKA "BlueEyedMergerer") snitched our favorite diver spot...the legendary "diver grounds" Since everyone else knows where it is, I figured I'd share it with you good folks (Im assuming your duckboat goes about 20mph and burns about two gallons of fuel per hour--six gallon tank):

Head east-Northeast from the St. Augustine, Florida inlet (Matanzas for all of you Huguenot-hating Spaniardphiles). Travel for three hours. When the water turns purple, your there. For some strange reason, theres a geological anomaly which fries electronics, so leave the radio at home...

email me if you want the coordinates. Oh, and it only goes off when a Northeaster or, better yet, freak late season hurricane is heading up from the balmy carribbean -- but keep that little tidbit a secret, eh?

You are welcome, in advance.
