I decided to smoke a couple of goose breasts today. A simple brine of water celery salt and onion. Then 6 hours in the smoker. Finished frying in a pan with barbecue sauce. Delicious on a bun with tater tots!

Tho I am curious....are the tater tots on the bun or on the side?
