Temp boat blind build

This boat will spend more time fishing and hunting other game so a full on DB.net build really isn't in order. That said, Boone approves. I wanted something light that could go up or tear down quickly. Still debating if I want to add some raffia
clumps. 5F82B50D-633A-4369-870A-B9F713C819ED.jpeg

Close up of the mount. The coupling nut allows me to screw into the base without turning the entire arm. Then I just tighten down the nuts to cinch it all up

I've always thought guy wire made great sense for jon boat blinds and yours looks to be very well thought out. Is your Boykin your hunting partner? My son got a Boykin and let me tell you those little dogs are DRIVEN. Great disposition, desire, and smart!

I don't leave home without my LBD if I can help it. I've had him on giant Canadas all the way down to doves, bobwhites, and woodcock. Terrific all around dogs that don't know when to quit.
