Will be interesting to see which way the canvasback season reccomendation goes.
 
Table 13 shows eastern region wigeon down 61%, that doesn't look good at all. I only see a few to begin and -61% can't be good for anyone.
 
Wigeon are on a slow drop the last few years. I hate that. Love those wigeon. They will talk to You on the way in. On the bright side Pintails are up again. So much so they will go to a limit of Two per day this season. Lots of Pintails on the River where I hunt. I still remember when I started in 1980 You could shoot 10 Pintails per day.
