WTB- 9.9/15 2 stroke short shaft

My brother needs a motor. Looking for a short shaft two stroke 9.9 or 15 preferably Mercury or Yamaha. He is limited to $800.
 
I have a Yamaha 9.9- 4 stroke, short shaft, pull start with 6 gallon poly tank and two props. $900.00. Excellent running condition ,low hours.,if interested,I'll post some pics. Thanks
 
i have a 1998 johnson 9.9hp two stroke short shaft and a 1998 evinrude 15hp two stroke long shaft for sale. both run great, $800 firm for the 9.9 and $950 for the 15hp.
 
Thanks for the great response guys and helping my brother find a motor. I think he is going to buy the 15 Mercury that Gary was selling. I am a certified Mercury outboard tech, so we are looking for a Mercury if possible. I think Gary's will work. Thanks
 
My brother just bought the Merc from Gary. Really nice guy and the motor was in great shape. Thanks for the help Rich.
