Checking out the freezer the other day and found a package of a couple Red Head breasts that I had missed. Thawed them out and made a pocket in the side of the breast. Dusted with Curry Powder, stuffed with crumbled Bleu Cheese. Sealed the opening with half a seeded Jalepeno and skewered it closed. Dusted each breast with flour seasoned with Tony Chachere's. Pan fried in bacon fat in a cast iron skillet. When brown the skillet and all went into a 325 degree oven for 8 minutes. OMG were they good - hardly needed the fresh sweet corn and butter but ate them anyway LOL.

I'd a taken a pic but my mouth was waterin so much I would've ruined the camera.

Guess what I'm having tonight, yep, the OTHER package I found..................
