The "best" grass boat for two hunters and a dog? TDB vs DuckBoss?

Duck Invader 13 is going to give you the best option as far as availability, comfort/room, and hide. They grass up well and hunt great with flapper boards. Most of my friends have them after failing to locate Roy boats.

What new waders are you guys using?

I always went with rogers breathable insulated waders and liked them. I bought a pair of extremely lightly used Sitkas on here off a member and absolutely love them. I just wear heavier fleece wader pants and alpaca socks in them on the below freezing days and never have an issue.

Great seeing you Anthony and thanks again for the pictures of my daughter hanging out at the Estuary booth. She had a great time.

Bob Fricke Sneakbox - NJ - SOLD

I'm not exactly sure how much it weighs. It isn't exceptionally heavy as cedar is naturally light in weight. I ran a 15hp yamaha two stroke on it.

Bob Fricke Sneakbox - NJ - SOLD

Thanks William, price is negotiable of course. I would like it to go to someone who appreciates it like I did.

Bob Fricke Sneakbox - NJ - SOLD

Another fun tidbit, pictures of me gunning from this boat were published in Ducks Unlimited Magazine in an article by fellow duckboats.net member Larry Metzger.

Bob Fricke Sneakbox - NJ - SOLD

Definitely a very sentimental rig for me, hence keeping it for so long but I am fully entrenched in the church of roy these days.

    Not dad's foamers

Those river keels are a secret weapon when hunting in areas with moderate current. Adds a lot of motion to the spread without batteries.

Searching for a new Boat Design

You're not going to find plans for a high box, they're a backyard built homemade rig. The general idea of them can be replicated, lower profile boat with flapper boards. There's a lot of mystique around the high boxes primarily because of lack of availability and a certain someone's social...

    Winter is here. Who’s hunting?

Looks to be similar timeline too, this one was banded in late February. I must have intercepted it on the way to its more southern wintering grounds.

    Winter is here. Who’s hunting?

Another one for the lanyard. Actually saw the band as I put the gun up with a pair of blacks backpedaling at 15 yards. Always a nice surprise. Five year old bird banded on the Chesapeake Bay, pretty sure the first bird I've killed north of where it was banded.
