I have a significant rig of magnum divers that I inherited from my grandfather. They were in bad shape. I burlaped them myself and am very very slowly replacing the heads with my own carved ones.

Well it never seems to stop raining where I am. I have to mow my back yard every other day. Lakes are up and muddy. Rivers over their banks.

Wrapping up the “decoy season” with a couple of low head ladies. My decoys tend to be fairly uniform in head profile. So I cut the necks off of these. Now to figure out sleepers.

My picture above shows empty shelves but they will be full soon. I have gotten away from marsh hunting for a variety of reasons so I’m concentrating on my Lake Erie rig. I only need so many decoys but they are all special in various ways.

Thanks Don. I learn something new every time I pick up the rasp or paintbrush. I really need to paint the garage. Looking forward to giving my shelves a clean look.
