Closed out the season this morning with a fellow Veteran and his awesome dog!! Hit and miss all year with BBWDs saving the day on a few hunts.

    Homer Decoys -looking to buy

Same here and ended up trying Meyer’s blanks instead. May just buy an aluminum mold if I’m not happy with the Meyers.

    Winter is here. Who’s hunting?

Throw a tennis ball or bumper and off he goes full speed in cold water per FL standards. Drop a duck in front of him and he’ll look at me to see if I’m going to get it. Definitely better at upland game!!

    Winter is here. Who’s hunting?

I’m impressed with his nose and abilities with little to no training on my part.

    Winter is here. Who’s hunting?

Pretty sure he’s a Goldendoodle, he was a stray at a deer hunt camp. He’s got a great temperament and a little tough to hide in the blind. No shedding has been a plus!! I’ve pretty much only owned spaniels, so he’s a little bigger than I’m used to.

    First post and hello.!

Welcome and I’m more of a lurker on this site - love what you do on the OG site - met you at STA2 years ago and almost built a similar layout based on your success that day!!

    Who remembers

Agree on both. Virgil Ward was awesome - watched on Sunday evenings - intrigued when he used a fish tank to show how he worked a lure!!!!

Wood Duck Box - Clean-out Question

Thanks Gents and after Googling, most likely they are Robin or Starling eggs; will clean out. Box is in SE GA and pretty sure Robins just migrate through. I did hear a few last week, assume they were passing through?
