Matte spray paint really is your best bet. Mud works great until it gets rained on and if you sandpaper it enough to take the shine off you’re going to ruin it. I know it’s painful to paint up such a well crafted addition but i think it’s the only way to get rid of it

With the weights in there isn’t much weight savings over some other brands. If you store them in bags to keep them looking nice the bills or tails get permanently bent. If you carry them around on Texas rigs the paint fades quickly. Honestly not worth the money in my opinion unless you are...
