Checking out the new site and posting random stuff. Who needs a buffy Yboard YBoard-CF-12292004.JPGBuffyYB-OnWater3.jpgpattern?

Of course, thats why I posted them!
Carl,
I assume the 1X2's are orientated 2 inch to the vertical?
2nd question; I have a bunch of goose silos cut from hardboard. Do you think the 1x2 spreaders would float three goose silos? I'm thinking, no.

I think for geese you need to use a 2x4 or maybe 4x4. Just kidding.

BTW, the 2" wide part of the 1x2 is horizontal, parallel/flat on the water. The spreader bars floated right at the surface, pretty much invisible.

Carl,

Thanks. I used your pattern to make files for my CNC router. I made spray stencils to make painting easier.

Does the size look correct?

Well that picture just cleared up something I was wondering when I saw your cutouts. You made paint masks. Very smart.

Yep. size looks right! Nice simple gunner patterns. Lets see the hens!
Back in the day, before I bought some GHG buffy decoys, I used two sets of yboards and 4 old Carrylite GEs repainted as hen Buffies.
That spread worked amazingly well.
