Anyone here have any personal experiences with Nobel steel loads? I've used their lead dove loads and liked them. Thanks.
Thanks much. These are $135 a case with free shipping. The BBs are 1 1/4 and the #2s are 1 1/8. If I get around to using them this year, I will report back on their effectiveness. May not have time, with season drawing down and me still having plenty of other shells.Nerver heard of it either, but would recommend Kent Fasteel at $203.00 including shipping from Rogers. 3 inch 11/8 th oz 1560 fps. Case price.

I've had really good luck with Rio's out of my 12 gauges, and they have been no dirtier than the Hevi's or Winchester's that I used to shoot (personally, Hevi's are the dirtiest shells I've ever used). Also had no complaints out of the cheap Academy Monarch shells, but to each his own, I reckon. I will give any brand a fair shake.I have never heard of that company before.
Can't be any worse then Fio or any of the dirt cheap shells available nowadays.
I bought 4 cases of the $78 and change cases of Rio's from Able Ammo years ago. I liked them so much I kept shooting Rio's when the price went up.Back when I actually duck hunted, like back in mid-2000s, Able ammo had Rio 3”, 1 1/4 oz #3 for $79/ case. Yes you read that correctly, $79. Delivered.
I bought one and forever wished I had bought more. They did really well out of my 390. After than all I shot was that load from Rio, Federal or Fiochhi.
I use ammoseek.com to find all my bullets, then buy accordingly. These are from Top Gun Ammo out of Florida.who are you ordering through?
They stayed low-priced for quite a while. I just used up my last flat of those same shells a couple weekends ago. They were hell on wheels on early season gooses, and ducks all season. I think I paid $109 for that last flat in 2019 and they were the MGN36 versions. They are now $179 on sale at Rogers, $219 not on sale.Back when I actually duck hunted, like back in mid-2000s, Able ammo had Rio 3”, 1 1/4 oz #3 for $79/ case. Yes you read that correctly, $79. Where did you order these from? $135/flat with free shipping is the best straight up price I know of right now.I believe they are from Italy. $270 for a flat of #2 and a flat of BB shipped to my door isn't a bad deal, if they don't suck.

Winchester had some rebates that brought 3" steel down to $110/flat at Roger's, but I think that is done.
Dunns has a $50/flat rebate on Federal blue box 3" steel right now with free shipping. That makes it $110/flat after rebate.
I have used their 20 gauge number seven steel for rail birds. And they have been reliable and adequate. But beyond that I have no other inputAnyone here have any personal experiences with Nobel steel loads? I've used their lead dove loads and liked them. Thanks.
Another plus for the Rio. I bought a couple cases two years ago and was impressed. Both with the reliability and Lethality . It's been my go to ammo now for several years. Including over high-priced fancy loads.I bought 4 cases of the $78 and change cases of Rio's from Able Ammo years ago. I liked them so much I kept shooting Rio's when the price went up.
