    Cormorants

Maybe one of your hot peppers will cover the taste, or make us worry more about our burning mouths. I'm observing more than usual this year, but my observation is far from scientific.

    Jack plate on Duck Invader

I put one on my 13 DI for this season. My goal was to be able to run in shallower water in the marsh. So far it was worth it. I put mine on so it was about an inch higher when all the way down. I'm able to run with the jack plate all the way up, and it's pumping water. I'm only going slow...

Sounds like a wonderful summer. I also love the Smoky Mountains. I never saw those tomatoes, how do they compare to red tomatoes?

    Herters decoy line storage question.

Ken, I'm a big fan of the original Tanglefree decoy line. I would use Tanglefree and toss the weigh, then line in a slotted bag, and the decoy on top. This is the method I use for my geese decoys, makes deployment a quick process.

    Seasons just keep ending

Thanks for the tip. I would never have known about the vinegar, as I'm green with the sausage making. I've never made any salami, pepperoni or the like. Now I need to read and get to work!

What's on your WORK BENCH - MARCH 2022

The amount of work that you do is also impressive. Needless to say all top notch work. I'm loving the Bean black ducks. They are now much too beautiful to throw into the water, and let float in the wild! I will have to gently place them in a salt bath in the marsh to complete their "spa...
