Is there any value to his decrotive decoys? They look great from what I've seen and would be great decoration my my trophy room. Just looking for some opinions if they would be worth the money as far as decoration.

Cool pics..should have left that boat where it was and anchored it down. By the time season came around all the ducks would be use to it and you could have used it for a blind!

The one I saw was actually an aluminum flat bottom, when folded up it looked just like a big box. I've seen pictures somewhere of the same desing but made out of wood.

Not old enough to remeber them, but do know what you are talking about and have seen one. Not very portable either.

Reason behind this is because it was not a Cabelas branded product. Cabelas hold a lifetime warranty against factory defects for products with their name on it.

I would love to hunt Alaska and will someday. There are three major trips I want to take, two to Alaska to get all the species up there and then to Mexico. My goal is to check off the 32 specie list within the next 5-10 years, so I've got my work cut out for me.

I am hoping to seal the deal next year on my trip. We get them down here, but very few public places to hunt them. Out of 69,000+ acres of public water if there are Blacks around they get swarmed like bees on honey. Plus we get a lot of hybrids down here because a Mallard will poke anything.
