    Lacrosse

Will there be a Lacrosse boat builder get together this year. Or for that matter are there any others in the middle of the country. I've got a boat to show off and I am looking for blind ideas. But most important I heard there was steak and beer involved. I'm from Kentucky so I guess...

    MLBob Decoys

Bob, I've always wanted to see some of the working decoys that the guys on this site carve (and paint). I just did not realize there was someone close to me who did such great work. I'm pretty sure I may have seen your decoys on the river several years ago but you were hidden by a blind...

    Scaup Build

I used 4x8 (metric) sheets and three pieced it with two scarf joints. I was actually able to adjust layout stations to add 2" to the height which I wanted due to weight of the cargo (me) and barge wakes on the Ohio River.

I'M DONE, Please don't be upset.

After 4+ years I'm finally finished with my Scaup. E-mails, internet forums, digital images are not my forte, and so I appologize for being a five year lurker with very few posts. This site has been a tremendous asset while building. What a great group of guys. I first talked to...

Fuel tank grounding on wood boat

Got ready to install a new custom aluminium fuel tank in my Scaup and realized the manufacturer had put what appears to be a ground screw on it. Could anyone shed some light on what to do with the ground, assuming that's what it is? Thanks.
