Advice for attaching Skeg to Hull.

I would ease the forward radius some more, so that nothing you drag it along will stop on it, damaging it and putting stress on the leading edge. As Dave suggested, if the fit is good, and you can clamp it well during installation, the hardware is not needed and makes any changes in the...

    Sneakbox identification needed

Either Eddie or John Bourbon reached out to me to find out more about it. I saw a few pictures of it before sold, loaded with the decoys that piqued my interest! I know Eddie and John got some of the decoys. Eddie is up north in VT, Swanton area I believe.

Looks like a decent hull. You might reach out to Eddie Gagne, he found it originally, and collected the decoys that were with it originally, some Herters and Wildfowlers. I had some correspondence about it more than a yr ago, but can not find it now. Looks like a nice deep hull, so certainly...

NDR - Truck Bed Winch implemented

Yes, I also made a bracket that sits on the lowered bed with a SS pully to keep the cable from cutting into the tailgate.

NDR - Truck Bed Winch implemented

Yes! I haven't deer hunted in about 10 or so yrs. I have a cart. I could place the handle on the edge of the tailgate and then pivot and shove. The winch would make it much easier. I still need to come up with a ramp plan.

    NDR- Swan push toy

Some may recall the rocking geese that I made in 2022 for both grandsons born in 2021. We were again double blessed in 2023 with 2 granddaughters. Not wanting to burden their parents with yet another large item just yet (baby cradles, doll houses will eventually come). I decided to make them...

NDR - Truck Bed Winch implemented

I spent the week noodling this plan through and executed this weekend. Saturday, after helping a church member move in the morning, I picked through a pile of rough cut oak and selected a board. I spent the evening planning and sizing it. Today after church, I stopped at Harbor Freight, and...
