Guys, I have not tried to reach the boat shed yet. I am afraid I will end up in the woods with no way back up the hill. I can walk on the snow it is solid ice. Maybe we get a thaw late this week.

The launch is locked out about 100yrds as of yesterday, expect it is further today. Even breaking ice only buys more frustration with the tide bringing ice back into the decoys as soon as the hole is cleared.

Tom, I will have to measure for you. The only dimensions I see in my FB album is the depth is 28". The hull is made from 3/4" bead and cove cedar, and the transom is 2" layed up Marine Plywood. No sponsons, transom is full width. Hull is a tank!

I have a Scaup too. I would not consider it a grass boat as it is not a shallow hull. Not sure what Devlin specs it at, but it does have a V and is deepest in the midship.
