Blizzard 2026 - How's things in your area?

My brother who lives NE of Scranton reported less than 6", the heavy stuff was east of them. Sister in the Poconos has yet to let me know what they ended up with, but it was already plowable yesterday afternoon.

Blizzard 2026 - How's things in your area?

My last class before graduating from Auburn was Wetlands Ecology, all seniors & grad students. We didnt have a single test, just a report and field trips. The last day, when we were supposed to take a final the professors walked in, said what a great class we were and we all get A's, have a...

    American Oyster catcher reference?

On the Gulf, we seem to always see them in pairs. Even outside of breeding season. They are kinda territorial and pretty picky about where they nest. Cool birds.

Getting a boat off a trailer

At first glance Steves picture looks like a hovering land speeder from Star Wars. Then I saw the chain.. The force is strong with this one... I thought the same at first, did double take to see if Yoda was in the background!

Saw this a few months back on the hunt quietly IG account....

Lots of non profits lose sight of thier original mission once they get too big. Sad but true. Inexcusable but true. I would like to see CEO salary of comparable size non profits vs just a US CEO average. And income spent for on the ground conservation vs salaries and overhead.

    Charter Fishing Question - NDR

It will be brackish to saltwater. I bet the other fish mentioned was sheepshead, they are biting well right now. There are a couple of party boats that go out of Hernando Beach if you have the itch to go bottom fishing for grunts, black sea bass, porgies, and hogfish. If you get the urge to...

    Estuary Garvey

If I remember correctly from when Dave frequented this site, the first garveys had a glass hull and wooden deck. Then he switched to a glass deck too. Anyone else remember it that way??
