    These are the first 2 boxes I made, about 2004 or 2005. The one with the swan decor was gifted to Mr. Tommy Joyner of Wake County, NC. The other is mine and I still use it each year.

    Thank you, Steve. I bent them cold by securing them in a vise and using a 3 lb sledgehammer applied gently to bend them to approximately 90 degrees. pre-drilled the holes in the wood and tapped them home.
