These are the first 2 boxes I made, about 2004 or 2005. The one with the swan decor was gifted to Mr. Tommy Joyner of Wake County, NC. The other is mine and I still use it each year.

This box was made from cedar that was salvaged from an old Pitt County NC tobacco barn. It was sold to an individual in Maryland.

Thank you, Steve. I bent them cold by securing them in a vise and using a 3 lb sledgehammer applied gently to bend them to approximately 90 degrees. pre-drilled the holes in the wood and tapped them home.
