    I have made two broadbills, one to plans, and one real lightweight, 1/8 inch 1088 with glass covering and 2" added to the front deck height.. As one person boats they are supurb!

    Battery for lights in Devlin Mallard?

    I would use one of those 12 volt gel cells (cost around $30) that are sealed. They are nice and small and can run your GPS, depthfinder etc. I use a 20$ solar panel to make sure mine stays fully charged. Regards, Jim
