I have the boat flipped over, and am wanting to put a coat of expoxy (RAKA) on the bottom to strengthen it and make it more durable. I have sanded it with 100 grit, smoothed out some rough areas, and wiped it all down with xylene. Question - Is this the correct preparations for just "painting"...
